Ayurveda with modern science and innovation to provide a new direction to field

Jaipur: Deputy CM Prem Chand Bairwa on Saturday said that the “Double Engine” govt of the state is actively working to integrate Ayurveda with modern science and innovation to provide a new direction to field. He said that Ayurveda forms the foundation of Indian lifestyle, a principle first proven by ancient sage Charak. Bairwa was speaking at the inauguration of a four-day state level ‘Aaroygya Mela2025’. He explained that Ayurveda not only treats diseases but also promotes overall health & wellness.

He said that the expansion of Ayurveda centers across Rajasthan ensures that every citizen has access to quality healthcare. He also mentioned the state’s export of medicinal plants, positioning Rajasthan as a key center for Ayurveda and natural medicine. “Ayurveda begins where modern medicine ends,” he remarked, highlighting the holistic nature of the ancient medical system.

“Rajasthan is not only known for its valor but also as the birthplace of health and wellness. The Aarogya Mela serves as an excellent platform for visitors to receive free consultations and in depth information on Ayurveda and other medical systems,” he said. ( Source : First India )
