- Take one tablespoon turmeric powder twice a day along with warm water.
- Prepare a decoction by boiling equal part of ginger, holy basil, and black pepper. Take this along with half table spoon of honey.
- Prepare a powder from dried and pounded black pepper, ginger, pippali. Take one table spoon of powder along with warm water, twice a day. This will help in bronchial spasm.
