All such troubles that disturb the normal functioning of digestive system have been termed here as abdominal disorders. The commonly disorder are: constipation, wind formation, indigestion, dysentery, diarrhea, acidity, stomach ache etc.
Though the causes of abdominal problems could be varied and multiple, the common are
- The psychosomatic factor such as nervousness, tension and various form of strain and stress
- Improper eating habits like over eating, eating at irregular hours, lay down immediately after food, not eating balanced diet, excessive spices, not chewing properly, unhygienic way of eating etc.
Stomach problems can be easily curable with regular yoga practice. In most cases difference can be noticed within two weeks and fully recovery depend upon the seriousness of illness. Here we explain how people suffering from these problems can cure themselves by following the Yoga therapy.

Proper Diet
Eat a balanced diet which should include salad, green vegetables and fresh fruits along with other dishes of the day. Eat at least two hours before going to sleep at night. Eat not more than about 8-5 percent of your capacity. Do not drink cold water during meal, but only about after half an hour of finishing your meals. Drink 10-12 glasses of water every day. Avoid fried, roasted and spicy food. Exclude red pepper, pickles, hot spices, chutney and Arhar dal from your menu. Do not take more than two cup of coffee or tea in day. Avoid non-veg. for a while.
Breakfast ( 7 to 9 A.M. )

- Saag (green leaves of any variety).

Afternoon Refreshment ( 3 to 5 P.M. )

Dinner ( 7 to 8 P.M. )
